We've got a series of "Strains" of IPAs that all use "Hop Kief", an experimental liquid hop oil used for aroma pop in the secondary. Kohia Kush is hopped with nelson savin and riwaka hops and a nelson sauvin liquid hop extract called subzero hop kief. Coupled with our Thiolized yeast, it brings out huge aromas of tropical fruit and pineapple.
